Track Order Status
The Dynamex dxNow.com application provides an online tracking interface that shows where an order is in the delivery process.
The Order Tracking feature allows customers to view stop-level status of On-Demand orders in real time.
Order status is updated within 30 seconds from the time the actual event takes place. By using the Order Track feature of dxNow, customers can track a specific order.

Route Monitoring & Distribution Tracking
DECS® is the Dynamex comprehensive operations system for On-Demand, Dedicated, and Distribution order management. Our Distribution customers can use dxNow for distribution tracking and to view:
- Status of their routes
- Details of individual stops, including status
- POD (proof of delivery) information
- Signature images
- Scan activity for each item
Best Order Tracking
dxNow® is designed to provide automatic status updates as the expedited delivery process is underway and allows for “virtual” on-line communication with Dynamex, so no need for an extra telephone call to Customer Care. From dxNow®, On-Demand customers can:
- Enter and track order status
- View signatures
- Generate reports
- Distribution customers can view route details
For our customers who require real-time tracking of driver deliveries, Dynamex makes use of the Global Positioning System (GPS) to provide real-time tracking of assets, route review and optimization, and delivery reporting.
