dxNow® Open A New Account
Getting Started
If you do not have an account with Dynamex, it is easy to open one. Simply contact the nearest Dynamex Business Center or call our National Call Center at 1-888-478-1662.
To get started with dxNow®, we simply require your Customer Number that you receive when you open an account with us and a current email address.
System Requirements
dxNow® requires the following Internet web browsers:
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater (available from Microsoft®)
- Netscape 6.0 or greater (available from Netscape®)
- Minimum of 28.8K BPS dial-up connection to the Internet
Managing Multiple Accounts With dxNow®
If you are the dxNow® Administrator for your organization, and you wish to add a New User to your dxNow® Account, Go to "User Settings > Add User". The system will ask for information about the New User and will allow you to assign a temporary password. Afterward, the New User will be prompted to change their password.
If you are not the dxNow® Administrator for your organization, but wish to add a New User to an Account or change another User's password, please call the dxNow® Help Desk at: 1-888-478-1660.
