How will the Olympic Games affect me?
The road closures and pattern changes are mostly arterial; therefore, access from a nearby or cross-streets is still available. We may have to walk a little farther to make a delivery, but if you’re not behind a security fence we can and will make the delivery.
Is Dynamex open 24 hours a day throughout the games?
Dynamex is always open 24/7, 365 days/year. Our regular business hours are 07:00 through 18:00 but our dispatch is available 24/7. In addition, order placement and tracking is available on our website - www.dynamex.com.
I’m staying at one of the Olympic Villages, how do I get a delivery?
At secure venues(such as the Olympic Villages in Vancouver and Whistler, the Vancouver Trade and Convention Center, and the Bayshore Hotel), Dynamex has arranged for pickup and delivery if the item can be consigned or received at the main freight area. If not, see the “Venue Coordinator” who can tell you how to add your request to the Master Delivery Schedule.
